The JH Team Concept
The Jackson & Hart team was built through life’s curveballs that Janice and Paul have experienced in their personal and professional lives. At the core, the concept’s foundation is based on Paul’s team philosophy that he started over 30 years ago with his first Mentor. The concept continues to be tweaked to fit the needs of our client.
As real estate brokers Janice and I feel we want a team built under the pretense that we not only have a fiduciary responsibility, but we also have a moral responsibility to do our best from start to finish for our clients, family, friends, and people that are referred to us. Here is an example of how the Jackson & Hart Team concept works. You hired or referred someone you know to have us represent you in a transaction for the purchase or sale of real estate. The first thing we do through communication is figure out what your goal is at the end of the transaction. Our belief is that if we focus on your end goal 1st. We will be able to set up the best strategy from the start so that we achieve our clients goal. We get all the contact information that will be a part of this transaction. This could include brokers, lenders, title officer, inspector, appraiser, contractors and more. We take this information and communicate with everyone that we are all now a team and the client’s goal, questions and concerns are always at the forefront. We have processes and systems in place to make sure these things are handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
The results have been the same over the years. The transactions we handle under this concept have a very high rate of success! When there is an issue that brings stress or even anger into the transaction, and we all know this can happen, this is when the concept works best. The open and honest dialogue up front keeps things calm and manageable. In the end, our clients have had a very positive experience with the purchase or sale of property and their interests, goals and concerns have been achieved.
If this concept sounds right and you would like to talk more. It would be our honor to do so. We look forward to talking to you soon.
Sincerely,
Janice Jackson & Paul D. Hart Jr.
